About Brett Eldredge
Born and raised in Paris, Illinois, it wasn't until the age of 16 that American country singer Brett Eldredge first became enthralled with the southern country style. It was country group Brooks & Dunn that first caught his attention, but a trip to Nashville during college to see his cousin Terry Eldredge - veteran of Dolly Parton's band and member of The Grascals - perform is what really hooked Eldredge. Inspired to give it a go himself, the young musician transferred to Middle Tennessee State University and began songwriting and performing in the local Nashville area.
Awards and Accolades
He eventually signed a deal with Atlantic Records Nashville and released his first single "Raymond" in September 2010. By the time his second album was released five years later, cheap Brett Eldredge tickets were a hot commodity. Eldredge's third single, "Don't Ya," was the first to make the Top 20 of the Hot Country Songs chart as well as the first to reach the Billboard Hot 100, proving to be his breakthrough hit. Four hit songs have reached No 1. on the U.S. Country Airplay chart including "Don't Ya," "Mean to Me," "Beat of the Music" and "Lose My Mind." In 2014 the up-and-coming country star took home the nod for New Artist of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards. The following year Eldredge landed the accolade for Performance of the Year with "Beat of the Music" at the CMT Music Awards.
Major Influences and Tours
Eldredge was raised listening to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Ray Charles. Yet as soon as he transferred to school in Tennessee, he began learning from the vocal styles of Vince Gill, George Jones, Ray Price and others in country music. Related artists include Randy Montana, Frankie Ballard, Blake Wise and Matt Kennon. Headlining his Bring You Back Tour in 2013, Brett Eldredge cheap tickets sold like crazy. He then supported tours with Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Darius Rucker, to name a few. Touring through the U.S., Eldredge took the stage through the entire summer and fall.
