"The condo is true to the description, situated in a safe well tended residential area. It is a short walk down external steps and along to the lovely heated infinity pool with great views over the bay. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/ sitting room which opens on to a large terrace which also has excellent sea views. There is a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom on this level and a large second bedroom with double bed and bathroom on the mezzanine . Both rooms have comfy beds .with plenty of storage space.. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and we very much appreciated having a kettle. . Although the washing machine was not working whilst during our stay steps were being taken to sort out the repair. We did not have a car whilst there but Ubers to and from town were easy and reasonable (10-15 mins) Small supermarket 10 mins walk- large well stocked supermarket La Comer 25 min walk. Access to the beach is better by car as the hotels directly across the rd from the condo are not keen on you going through their buildings. The walk to the public access point takes about 15 mins part of it along the main rd. Eduardo was great to deal with from the point of booking onwards always responding promptly , allowing us to drop our bags at the property when we arrived from an early flight and offering lots of helpful tips for restaurants and beaches. Elizabeth the property manager was there to meet us and show us around and responsive to any questions in person or by text. She was able to recommend a local masseuse Berenice who came to the property and provided an excellent massage at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay here very much and thoroughly recommend the apartment to other visitors."

"Loved the location to SJD and beach.Deck was amazing. Beds comfortable. Watching surfers was fantastic. Good facility but some appliances in suite were not up to acceptable standards in regards to cleanliness. Had to rewash dishes and clean out washer."
