Our stay at Hotel Riu Santa Fe in Los Cabos, BC, México was great. There are many food options.There are several swimming pools. There is a party pool for those who like that. There is a discotheque at this hotel property. Be prepared to pay about $80.00 USD for a taxi from airport to hotel property. It is about 50 minutes from the airport to the hotel property. Every employee we encountered was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. Please note that there no elevators at this hotel property. During our check-in we were asked if we had issues using stairs and since we did not we were placed on the third level. They were willing to place us on the first floor if we did. We look forward to staying at this hotel property once again. I recommend traveling here AFTER Spring Break and Easter to avoid crowds and long lines. I truly enjoy staying at Riu hotel properties!

Rooms were spotless, grounds were spotless. Only drawbacks were pool water temperatures were too cold. Everynight there were guests extremely loud at early hours keeping us awake. Perhaps some sort of security monitoring the noise levels for those who wish to have a quiet stay.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Great location, beautiful beach. The pools are great, we travelled as a family with four small kids and felt the entertainment was good. There is also a very big party crowd but truthfully we were in the kids area and in bed before the crowd came out so it worked out fine! Food was great we always found something we liked. The resort is huge so make sure you have enough strollers for little people. Also there are no servers that come around by the pool, it’s not a big deal, plenty of bars to grab a drink. We would definitely go back we enjoyed it

Clean rooms and facility. Staff was friendly. Very nice activities. Had fun. The only downside was the ice cold food. Did not get hot food at any time and very less options for vegetarians.

Everything was great food buffets was not the best slot cold over cooked. Went when first opened or tried later when really just sane issues. Also restaurants say first come first serve so we waited inline and they said they are booked with reservations til 9? If I had to wait inline when u opened to make a reservation state that.
