Everything about hotel, staff, amenities, property, sidewalks, clean, food was amazing, but the area around the hotel is dirty especially the streets, besides needs more surveillance from the authorities at the beach because it’s very obvious that some guys are selling drugs, in front the lifeguard and hotel security.

Poolside was great. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be returning in the future.

The location is beautiful. The food could be better. And the music the played at the adult pool could have been more ethnic.

Access to the hotel was muddy and difficult to drive by, access was not clearly marked and we had a hard time as we rented a vehicle @ airport. Otherwise was an awesome experience with yummy food, awesome drinks and very very very friendly kind staff. Take small bills to tip your bartenders/staff ;)

Our stay was amazing! Highly recommend this place Santa Fe does have the Riu party area. But requested a rooom where is was quite. We celebrated our anniversary. They upgraded us and gave us a bottle of champagne! And we definitely were able to make our stay romantic. The parties are a blast if you're looking for that. Id recommend not booking for spring break if you don't want to be surrounded by party people thought.Food is good. Staff was awesome. Jorge the bartender (swim up bar) is one of the best! Although we loved all the staff!!! But special props to him. Anyway highly recommend for family, romantic, birthday. This place covers everything
