I stayed at this resort with my partner on 8/13/2025 to 8/17/2025. Upon entering, we were checked in by the Expedia concierge, Omar, who was very friendly and personable. We only saw him once during check in and no other time the rest of our stay, but despite that, he was still able to book us reservations at the habachi restaurant, and give us additional info on excursions. I appreciated his help. The rooms aren’t the newest and I can tell they weren’t maintained properly and thoroughly. I came with a party of 6 other people, and in one of their rooms, the bathroom sink did not drain so they had to brush their teeth in the shower. In that same room, the shower door did not close and kept swinging open no matter how many times you kick it closed, so all the water would splash on the floor. Their floor in the common area of one of the rooms was also very dusty (dirt and debris was getting stuck under our feet) so they had to call house keeping to come sweep and mop, which they did pretty fast which was great. One of the couples that joined us had another family knocking on their door because apparently the resort double booked that room. The family ended up getting a separate room and my friend and her partner were compensated with reservations at one of the restaurants at the resort, The Grill, which she told me was delicious (unfortunately I did not get a chance to dine here). My room in particular was pretty okay. Some molding on the patio doors, no patio seats or tables
