The hotel stay was decent overall. The room was clean, nice amenities. However, I must commend Roberto, expedia concierge staff; he was incredibly friendly, checked in daily and swift in addressing our needs. His service made a positive difference in our experience.

Our stay at Krystal Grand Cabo was incredible. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and well maintained. Our swim-out suite was always clean, water replenished, and the pools sparkling. Gabriel, the concierge, was amazing, quick, kind, and helpful with every request. The staff also arranged a cab into town that waited for us and brought us safely back. At the restaurants, Sara, Lila, and Karen were welcoming and ensured my gluten allergy was carefully managed. Victor and Angel went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Manuel at the adult pool was fast, efficient, and remembered every order, handling my gluten-free requests with care. He is an extremely hard worker. Valerie, the manager, was warm, professional, and made us feel truly valued. The biggest shoutout goes to Rodolfo, our dinner waiter. His knowledge of gluten-free food was exceptional, and he made every meal safe and enjoyable. He was kind, professional, and attentive, making our trip unforgettable. Improvements would be better Wi-Fi in the rooms, continued investment in food quality, and labeling buffet/menu items for gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options. The property was very well maintained, pools were clean, the rooms were clean but could use some upgrades. My only complaint was allergies, my son had an allergic reaction after I was told no dairy or egg in the pasta. So I’m not sure who messed up in the kitchen but I have to epi-pen my son. So I think they need to be MORE STRICT with allergens especially when allergen is life threatening!

Our room was dirty couch of full of stains we went to the front desk the only room they offered was another dirty room, we had to pay $ about 800 dollars more to get a swim out and it was a corner room random people will swimming in our private pool and be in our area we would called the front desk reporting that and they would say they sending someone and it kept happening it was probably the worst 8 days of my life we were on a family trip and we were very fed up with the lack of everything definitely don’t recommend staying if your looking for pristine experience

Good: service, people are kind. There is a separate coffee shop which is nice and convenient. Property is clean and taken care of. Its a small resort/compact but still nice. Meat restaurant was good. Japanese restaurant was good. YES i would come back again Bad: food options are limited. Basic food. Bacon only available 1/6 days. No fruits for dinner except breakfast. Limited to none kids activities available.
