Great option if you don't want to pay $300+ per night to stay on Medano Beach. This hotel is located right on the Marina (we got a marina view room 👌). There are a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a lot of shopping. You'll save a lot of money on Taxis and Ubers staying here. We came for Sammy Hagar's Birthday Bash. The Cabo Wabo Cantina is within walking distance as well. They offer an all-inclusive option, but I prefer to eat local, authentic Mexican food - lots within walking distance!. Not a big fan of Cabo San Lucas (the Mayan Riviera is much better), but If I happen to get tickets for another Birthday Bash I will stay at this hotel again. 👍

They told me my room was going to available soon I arrived and it wasn’t. There’s a club on the front of the resort and they are too loud till past midnight 👈this info only if planning to rest early.

We’ve stayed here for years and always enjoy the stay. It’s super close to the company we fish with so it’s very convenient. This year we tried the all exclusive package. We were disappointed that quite a bit of the menu was not available to us and the drink selection was quite limited. The staff was awesome as usual but they need to be more up front about what the all inclusive actually includes.
