Hotel is an excellent location. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. The one item we didn't like was the noise from the Hammerhead Bar. Several nights it went late into the evening like until midnight. We could hear it in our room and it kept us awake for awhile. Get rid of the noise this is a 4 star hotel.

We love Tesoro! The location is perfect for my husband who is an avid fisherman. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful & are willing to make your stay to your liking if it is allowed. The hotel is listening to their customers as to how to improve their hotel by constantly making changes. The rooms are exactly like they show online. We come to Cabo more than once in a year & always stay at this family friendly hotel. We have stayed at other surrounding hotels but in traveling here for well over 20 years but Tersoro meets our needs. So, give them a try. Remember to tip the staff though. They totally deserve it!

We stayed top floor with Million dollar marina & city views, excellent staff acknowledgements, great pool and easy accessibility to restaurants. As with most 35 year old lodgings the maintenance is so so, leaking from a roof panel after showering, a worn out older couch, a kitchen layout with burners but no utensils. All in all we would likely stay again.

The staff is great, always looking to please. Our room was very musty and with no screen on door, we weren't able to get fresh air. The shower is awkward. You have to get in shower to turn on and be hit with cold water. Took a very long time to warm up. be hit with cold water.
