The room although old & dated was relatively clean - there were moths and little lizards noticed during the final days. The staff & service were wonderful. The pools were okay, definitely in need of updating - but the swim-up bars were always lively

The amount of flies on the property, in the food, the halls and other insects was unacceptable. Uncomfortable in the dining hall and restaurants. The property is dated and dirty. The halls are full of moths. The walls in the rooms are stained. The food quality is horrible. Worst experience ever in All of my trips to resorts around the world. Never again

Loved every single part of the stay! Everyone was so welcoming besides the staff at water world, other than that definitely coming back! There is so many amenities and things to do around the resort, you definitely do not need to leave the resort because everything is in here included.

One of the best all-inclusive resorts in Cabo San Lucas needs a few upgrades building still a little bit too old and I don’t know if they can do anything about the flies in the outside patio where you have lunch. Customer service is awesome Pool area Service right on the spot. I have plenty of shows every night.

There were so many pools we didn’t get to swim in all. We were able to walk on the beach with family which was so beautiful this time around. The buffet food was excellent except the Japanese restaurant. My favorite buffet time was dinner. The swim up bar was friendly. 10/10 recommend. We were able to go to their sister hotel to party which was fun and come to our calm and quiet hotel to relax. I would come back again!
