The road is so bumpy around the resort! I wish they use small water bottle instead of the big one. It’s too big to carry around., I wish there was more gift, stores or jewelry store, in the resort

I brought my 79 year old mother here for a break. We had a great time and she did well on the property thanks to the location they put us in by reception. All the staff were great and travel advisors were very helpful for excusions. Thank you for a great time. Only downside was the heat.

Rooms That Smell Like Rot: Both rooms reeked of mold and rotting wet towels. It was so bad we could barely breathe. We begged to switch, and they told us nothing was available until the next night. Funny how “nothing available” suddenly became available later when they wanted to. Broken AC Units: One room’s AC didn’t cool at all, while the other blasted loud clunky noises, starting and stopping all night, keeping us awake. So much for rest on vacation. The Spider Horror Story: On night one, my daughters found a spider in their room. One killed it with a slipper, even though she has a huge fear of bugs. Fifteen minutes later—another, bigger spider. They called reception. No one came for 20 minutes. They called again, scared out of their minds. Finally, a woman showed up laughing at them like they were ridiculous. That is, until she saw the monster spider herself. She nervously sprayed from across the room until it died. Then the nightmare escalated—the spider had babies. Dozens. Crawling everywhere. Dead baby spiders littered the floor. The cleaning lady even screamed “BABIES” herself. Only then did they suddenly “find” a 3rd-floor room ready within 20 minutes. Where was that availability earlier? Zero Apologies & Mockery Instead: At the reception, there was no “are you okay,” no apology—just smug comments about giving a “complimentary view,” like they were doing us a favor. Filthy Bedding & More Bugs: The new room had yellow-stained sheets (pee? poop? makeup? who knows)

This is our 4 th time staying at this property. It may need a little upgrade. The pools are nice, the swim up bar was not to clean and the bartender was rude! He actually flashed a hundred Dollar bill as to say tip me or wait for drinks. The check in girl Elvia was rude also. Astrid at the other bar was very nice.
