We loved the hotel, especially the natural sitting area right outside the entrance. Eateries were right there and I enjoyed the best croissants and gelato from Campanella that was by the sitting area.

Rooms resemble hostels and don’t look anything like the photo. It’s extremely small. There is no closet to hang your clothes. Music was playing very loud everyday till 3am in the area facing the outside bar. It was hard to sleep. The floor was very dirty and felt like walking on the street. Queen bed seems more like a full size in person. Too many light switches all over the room which isn’t efficient. They weren’t able to provide an iron and table for ironing clothes. Our room had ants.

The property was clean. The staff was beyond amazing! The rooms were a bit on the small end but cozy. The rooftop was beautiful and the food and drinks were great! The food trucks downstairs and live DJ and bar was an added bonus! Not to mention the cute small shops and cafe. I would give this property a 10 out of 10!

As a solo traveler, my stay at Motto was genuinely enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient—everything you need is within walking distance, and the beach is only about one to two miles away. If you're up for it, bikes are available to rent, or you can easily catch a cab. Although the hotel doesn’t offer a dedicated shuttle service, the staff can arrange reliable transportation for you as needed. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I changed rooms twice to find the ideal location within the hotel, and they handled each request with professionalism and patience. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is perfect for food lovers or anyone who enjoys exploring local cuisine. Overall, this was a great experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.
