"The room had ants bad, even after our complaints they did not come in to at least empty trash daily, they did not provide towels or toilet paper unless you called or take the used ones. I had to go get them on the 2nd day and tracked down housekeeping on the third.
The first day we arrived about 2 and there was maybe an eighth of a roll of toilet paper, with no spare. When requesting more was told that I could come get it or it would be a while. I said ok we can wait. 2 hours later, I went and got it. My 4 grandkids came over for about two hours while my daughter was doing some stuff for the wedding. Of course they all had to use rest room before we went out for lunch and after we returned. So we needed more paper that evening we only got one roll, no spare the night before. I guess that could be a covid issue, but again I had to go get it and towels. I had nowhere to put trash to try and keep the ants under control. The ants got worse by the time we left on the 4th day they came and sprayed twice and stated this is an ongoing issue, my response was ”On the 5th floor? Sound like a serious infestation, not due to a wet spring”"
