Our experience with this stay was awful. 2 out of 3 evenings, there was NO hot water! The evening that we did have hot water, we lost all TV and internet service! Then on the 3rd morning...AGAIN, NO hot water. I had to take a COLD shower, because we had plans for the day and didn't have time to wait for the *^#@ boilers to be turned back on...AGAIN!!! We will NEVER stay here again!!!

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast should be self serve so we can get what we want. There should also be fruit available. Finally, PLEASE FIX THE FITNESS CENTER EQUIPMENT!! We ask for this every time we stay here and are assured it will be done. Then 6 months later we come back and it’s not! Maybe it’s time to stay somewhere else.

Checked in later than expected. Staff informed us that there was no hot water as their boiler went down. Said they tried to call to let us know, never received the call. Said they would refund our reservation if we didn't want to stay. This was at 11:00 pm so we just stayed. Staff didn't seem concerned, never offered a Wi-Fi password or info about the breakfast. It was like we were inconveniencing them. One of our rooms was fine, clean but the other one the sheets looked slept in and the bed was not made up decently. At least the breakfast was good.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always 100% satisfied. They also give 2 drinks free during happy hour at the bar ( per person) for every night you’re there. Breakfast is always top notch, clean, and excellent service!
