We were disappointed in cost at about $200 a night but we’re hoping for a good night sleep and hot breakfast when we booked! When we got here Found beds comfy, room smelled good, price dropped, pool was closed. No other amenities, shower doesn’t drain, Bathroom commode / toilet in separate room and is very crowded with shower. And the worst breakfast ends at 9am and not Hot - it’s grab and go donuts and coffee. We could have stayed elsewhere for less with a lot more to do and hot breakfast!

Lobby smelled awful. Dark and dank. Breakfast was stale old pre packaged muffins. Breakfast area was dark. Light fixtures falling off the wall in room. Hair dryer didn't work, no iron, and tub bottom was super slippery. Room had connecting door to other room but didn't sound like a double door. Could hear every word from people on room next door. Didn't feel safe and ended up changing hotels.

The Continental breakfast could hardly be called that. There was cereal, bread, jelly, three bananas and coffee. The premises are unkempt and the rooms have light fixtures the were falling off the wall.

Very good for price

This was a fairly inexpensive but well-kept and clean hotel for Lawrence! You can tell they recently remodeled/updated the rooms, which was nice! The outside looked nice as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the weekend closes early at 9. We came in at 9:15 and they tried to find some food for us still. The only down side is the lobby didn’t smell good which was off-putting, but everything else was great! Would recommend!

Probably the saddest place I’ve ever stayed. Two flies greeted us upon entering the room. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The grate on the AC was broken, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a tin can being beaten relentlessly. The satellite signal reminded me of dial up internet. The corners of the bathroom had a wedge of dirt. The kind you look at and ponder how many people ignored the obvious. I will say the front desk man was super sweet and informative.

Nice and friendly hotel

The front desk personnel were super helpful with tourism ideas and the rest of the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the hotel location was good for driving to attractions.
