This trip I met the owner and managers who are all very professional and anxious to please. I especially appreciated Zach, who is the maintenance supervisor, for his zeal and helpfulness.

Expedia should update the hotels before they post them. The place was a dump. No hot yub at all. No continental breakfast at all. Expedia should reimburst me for such a horrible stay.

While we were there two women got into a verbal confrontation and the police had to be called. They were yelling profanity at each other in the hall way for a long time and the police were called. One got arrested. There were a lot of shady characters hanging out there and there appears to be prostitution or human trafficking going on. The breakfast consists of a bag with a tiny muffin, breakfast bar, an apple, and a juice pack. The coffee was horrible and one day there was no cream. They only have powder cream. Part of the hotel also smelled like urine. Do not recommend this hotel especially if you have a family. Unsafe. Dirty. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

I think I stayed at this particular days in about 3 years ago. While the building is in decent shape and the layout is the same, it has gone downhill because of the management. When I walked in the front door it was fine but it just looked older, if you've ever been in motels and hotels you understand the difference between outdated and older and this just felt older. The staff was okay, they were very accommodating and helpful. When I went to my room, the door lock worked I walked in the place it seemed very sparse but that's okay. What I didn't like, was the fact that the air conditioning did not work. That was fine because I had to go out anyway and since I didn't leave anything in the room I could go ahead and just tell them at the front desk and they could go in fix it and come back later. While I was standing over the air conditioning system, I noticed my foot was sliding, yes sliding! I figured it was a fluke. I was dead wrong! I ended up walking around different parts of the flooring and I could slide all over in the room. Very strange. I believe it is because they have mopped it with something like Pine-Sol that leaves a residue and that's all they do is mop and mop and mop as a quick mop to get the floor clean for the next people, but all they're doing at this point is making it slippery. The staff didn't seem to care.

Bedding was clean. Old pair of shoes on sidewalk by front door, parking lot islands were weed patches and trash strewn around. Found someone's hot pocket in room frig along w 2 inches of ice on frig freezer. Hard to put anything in there Only one channel of TV worked sometimes. Desk clerk advised -aim remote at box- nope still not working. Sirring in room and heard something in bathroom. It was raining water from ceiling Called desk, oh I'll go up there. Water stopped about 20 min later Ceiling soaked and showed previous damage. Avoided time in bathroom in case it fell in. No ck back w me, offer new room, offer to mop and I had to leave to work. Breakfast at 915 AM was airport coffee with sweet n low or sugar packets I didn't expect tun down service or room service at this price point but come on, this is ridiculous! Requested refund, no response yet.

Unless your looking for some crack don't stay here

Upon Arriving There was a lady who to be honest looked very shady (on drugs or drunk) sitting on a bench in front of the entry to the office. She had a Mohawk hair due and looked very disheveled. My initial though was she was a homeless and just hanging out there. Check in went okay. The room was on the bottom floor next to the building entry, and every time some one came in the door it would slam shut and this went on all night. I barley slept at all. The first bed we went to get into had stains all over the sheets and crumbs in the bed. Then the next morning I went down to get My fiancé and my self some breakfast from the free continental breakfast. which by the way was one of the only reasons we choose to stay there. To My surprise the lobby was empty and the only person there was the lady with the Mohawk. and she was working now in the same disheveled outfit she was in from the night before. and she told me that the breakfast was behind the desk. to witch she handed me a bag with a Nutra grain bar, and apple, and a child's caprisun drink in it. I asked if that was really it and she said yes. I then asked her for a second one for my fiancé. At which point as she looked around me she asked in a suspicious tone where she was. and I said she was waiting in the truck. She the asked me what room I was in and then proceeded to check my file. at which point she said oh there were two checking in. At which point I lost it. I barked back Are you kidding me. The worst stay ever!
