If you have Asthma, Allergies, DON’T NOT GOT HERE! This Hotel has mildew issues. I immediately started having breathing issues, had I not been traveling with my elderly mother that has mobility issues, we would have turn around and left. Luckily she had oxygen with her, I unfortunately had issues the entire next day. The hotel in general needs an overhaul, mold/mildew remediation. The toilet seat looked wooden and had bare spots on it from missing paint. The breakfast was the only thing that was decent about this hotel. We would not stay again.

Great staff update needed on hotel itself

Our first night was a total disaster my five year-old granddaughter and I had to switch rooms at 10 o’clock at night because of a situation. The second night was OK. However, the pullout bed in the room had spring sticking out of it which we needed to use so the person sleeping on that was very uncomfortable and did not sleep all night. The hotel is in need of an update, but the beds were comfortable. That breakfast was hot and good and the staff was very friend

Ok for Our Brief Stay

Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was noise. The walls seem a bit thin. Our window faced the ramp to I-70 and at times it was noisy with truck and motorcycle noise.

Like the convenient location, easy check in, friendly staff and quality breakfast. Didn’t like the fact the first room we were going to stay in smelled and the toilet didn’t work. Second room we stayed in still had a musky smell, but was very clean and the beds were really comfortable.

Location is good lots of food options and shopping near by. Breakfast was good and the dining area is nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Our room had some maintenance issues. The shower leaked into the room space. Floor was wet around our chairs with what appeared to be mold. There were cracks all over the walls. The PTAC had a smell. The floor could have been cleaned a lot better.

Dated, tired.

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway but a disappointment for a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were dated, bathroom door in bad shape, the hook torn off. The breakfast was quite lackluster. And the overhead fan made such a loud clicking sound, it was unusable.
