This hotel is under a complete Indoor remodel and it was not disclosed prior to booking. Upon arrival we were told there was construction on our floor but they could not move us to another one. The elevator was filthy with debris. When we got to our floor it was in horrible condition. Drywall dust was so sick in the hallway you couldn’t breath well. I’ve never seen anything like it at any hotel I’ve been too. The fact that they they attempted to charge over $360 for 2 nights for that is unbelievable. This should have been disclosed. Front desk was able to relocate us to a partner hotel, however, this should never have been acceptable in the first place. Hotels.com should be made aware. The outside of the hotel also looks nothing like the provided pictures, it is a dump that is desperately needed a complete overhaul.

Check in took a while. The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good. A car alarm was going off during the night (around 1am) and it woke me up. I couldn’t see our car from the window, so I went downstairs and asked the gentleman at the desk why an alarm (or two) were going off. He seemed confused, so I went outside and saw a cop car (SUV) out front. My car seemed fine so I ran back in.

MY stay was fine on that day. the problem was that I had reserved a room for the following week Sept 24 that I canceled just fine. The hotel still charged me for the room. I asked for a refund and the support person from Hotels.com also requested a refund but the manager has not responded. I feel that I have been treated unfairly by this particular hotel . I don't like being ghosted, I believe the Patels are good hosts but this particular location must be a problem for them.

The hotel is under construction, which is good, since the rooms really need some updating. My first room had a broken heater, I was quickly moved to another room. This room was newly remodeled, but in my mind, not of best quality. The towel rack and toilet paper holder both fell off the wall/shower door. The TV didn't work, coming to find out, it needed the main remote from the receptionist to get to the right source. Would have been nice to know!!! The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is great, and the hotel, even though it is under construction, was pretty clean.
