I had a wedding 8 minutes from this property and it was perfect for what i needed. It was clean and ran efficiently. There was a a McDonalds, Taco Bell, bbq place, grocery store all within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Clean room at a good price

Dropped off our college kid, who moved in to an apartment on the south side of Lawrence. We've stayed in Lawrence before and with Highway 10 it took about the same amount of time. Breakfast is minimal, but we usually just have juice and cereal anyway. Room was relatively quiet, especially with the AC fan running. It made sense to save $200 per night vs. staying in Lawrence.
