"The rooms were advertised having queen size beds, but the beds in my room were FULL size. I was told by the staff, the hotel does not even have queen beds... so, I don't know why there was false advertisement. However, having two bathrooms in the room was a plus!! ALSO, you must let the hotel know at check-in if you want your room cleaned every day. Other than what I mentioned, great hotel and great location across from Grant park."

"Always loved staying here. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Our view this time was INCREDIBLE. It was 5 of us in a suite and we had plenty of space. My son loved watching people at the skateboard park. Would have appreciated more fruit at breakfast, though. There were 3 apples among everyone on a busy Saturday morning. Otherwise, great stay!"
