one personal item allowed is a little insane. Should allow something bigger than a personal item and smaller than a carry on. Was not charged from O'Hare to Denver but than charged from Denver to final destination, inconsistency for travelers.
Victoria was so helpful and courteous. Hard working. Badge # 731616. She deserves praise.
All assistance was timely and customer-friendly
It was hard to sleep wish there was more room in the seats but everything was good enough for the price I paid very happy with that

Traveling from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas (LAS) to Chicago's O'Hare (ORD), will leave you trading one bustling city for another. Visitors to Chicago will immediately find a unique combination of Midwest beauty, urban flair and contemporary culture.
Less than an hour's drive from O'Hare will bring you to rural farms in Illinois, pastures in Wisconsin or Lake Michigan's shore. You can also stick close to the airport, taking in the beauty of Schiller Woods or bowling at Brunswick Zone.
Although Chicago offers a variety of public transportation, rental cars are a far more convenient way to see the city. Parking decks are reasonably priced, and many local businesses will also happily validate parking for customers. Check out Chicago's Grant Park, found at the heart of downtown, and then be sure to see some of Chicago's finest cultural institutions, such as the Field Museum. For those looking for a unique view of the Windy City; try a dining, architectural or bike tour.
After the four to five hour flight from LAS to ORD, you will find the car rental desks conveniently located just outside of baggage claim for Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Each rental company offers a free shuttle service, and Chicago's extensive interstate system makes travel around the city, and suburbs a fast and convenient alternative to public transportation.
