Great location but needs some love !

We stayed in a studio with a tiny bedroom ( can barely walk around the Queen sized bed). Bathroom was nice and it was great to have kitchenette and washer dryer. The pool area was nice but soooo many spiders around the edges. Take a broom and sweep up around the outside walls! We cooked dinner on the outside grills one night and the starters don’t work. You’ll need an external flame ( thank goodness a resident came along with a lighter to help us). The property needs some love. The staff was amazing and very kind. There is a security guard at night at the door making sure only residents and hotel guests come in. Great location —grocery stores and convenience stores close by. Great amenities. Lake views and Grant park in your front door! Tons of restaurants nearby.

This is a real hidden gem, I loved the fact that there were two bedrooms and a nice living and dining room area to hang out in. The views are spectacular and you can't beat the location.

The hotel apartment was filthy. Upon arrival, flies in room and doors were missing handles. Plenty of scuff marks on the walls. The pool area was nice and much cleaner.

Great area for contrast to Solider Field. Decent walkable food locations. Difficult ro navigate Uber pick up, the actual hotel didn't allow for direct pick up, and the rideshare pick up location was not clear. The valet parking was not clear and no one was there. We ended up finding our own parking for $50/a day in walking distance. The couch in our room was filthy. Had to put a blanket over just to sit on it. The check in process was very unclear and overly digitalized. Amenities were advertised but weren't all easily accessible to the guests. It's a residential property with hotel options. All in all, if felt overpriced for the stay. I don't know that we well come back.

Very nice studio apartment for a quick 2 day stay. Within walking distance of the aquarium, museum, stadium, parks, lake, and lots of restaurants. Parking available too.
