United changed my seat and gave me the seat right next to the shitter. Need TV and power in their seats. Everything else was good.
The plane was delayed due to a computer issue, but we made up the time and got to Chicago.
Should consider regular carry on luggage
The flight to Chicago was delayed, which caused me a bit of a hardship. Thank you.
Everything was good except my first flight was about an hour late to the destination and no one would explain why. We arrived to the destination on time but we weren't able to leave the plane for an hour and would just sit in the plane for an hour. Thank goodness I had a 1.5 hour layover otherwise I would have missed my connecting flight. Other than that, it was great service.
Luckily I was able to be bumped to economy plus to where I had more leg room and my own power strip. A being 6’ 5” smaller space makes for an unbearable trip
The gate changed after we had boarding passes and United staff was wonderful getting us on the next flight
Very clean airplanes
