The hotel was beautiful, and perfect for the our short stay. My only disappointment came at check in, I felt very rushed, and nothing was explained to me at all.. especially the $100 deposit on the room. Just had a $400+ charge on my card, when I booked though Expedia and it was $380.

The room was in good condition but the staff seemed generally disinterested in helping you in general. They all need a customer service class. When they were taking to you they wouldn’t look up from their computer screen. Housekeeping kept forgetting to fill the soap dispensers for the shower and they have coin-up washers but don’t give out quarters. Not sure if I stay there again .

Had to park 6 blocks away because their ramp was full. Check in was a nightmare-the line was all the way to the far elevators. Room itself was fine, clean. Bed was comfy.

Room 2704 has water damage in bathroom and ceiling over shower has mold spots. We specifically asked NOT to be facing Wabach or the "L" and that's exactly where our room faced and was HORRIBLY noisy. Front desk staff was NOT helpful or courteous AT ALL. We did NOT feel welcome whatsoever during our stay. Homeless people were allowed to come in and get coffee and stunk up the entire lobby so much that we had to leave. Completely inappropriate for PAYING customers to have to share the premises and coffee bar with smelly, dirty, homeless drug addicts. It also made me feel unsafe. The only decent staff we encountered was Chelsea on Thanksgiving night who promptly brought a towel to our room after I had called 1.5 hours prior and no one brought a towel - called down again, Chelsea answered, walked the towel up to our room herself & was soooo kind and cheerful. There was also an Asian female, very petite young lady, at the front desk on Friday that was friendly. Everyone else was not welcoming and seemed put-out that we were even staying at Hilton Garden Inn. Very disappointed in our stay, unfortunately. We are coming back this summer 2026 and planned to stay here again but will have to find someplace else to stay, unfortunately.

The bed wasnt that comfortable. Woke up and my back was hurting both days. But the pillows amazing and the food. I dont like no free breakfast but it was better then i thought it would be.

The hotel was okay. We went during an NFL game weekend. The check in progress was not smooth and a bit chaotic with checking in our bags. Overall, the room was nice and clean. Hotel is near a lot of restaurants, bars, and other stores.
