"Greg was a great host! He gave detailed instructions on codes. Also lots of restaurant suggestions!-He was quick to respond with any questions. The decorations were each better than the next! So close to beach access! The pool and beach access were great! The parking space, utility shed and elevator were so close to each other. Having a stocked kitchen was great! Washer and dryer worker well! One helpful idea, put the WI-FI ID & password on refrigerator or counter."

"It was a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation. One of the king size beds had a really old set of sheets and the bottom sheet would not stay on. There were tons of bugs on the upstairs sliding glass door and house but that is the small negatives that I saw. The host sent a few messages in case we needed anything. "

"We were supposed to go to OBX but had a lil hiccup and had to impromptu book through VRBO and found the Sanctuary at False Beach and booked the Sunset at Sanctuary Condo. Our room & accommodations were clean & had everything we need. Did have a situation with ants so would advise guests to close up all food tight and take garbage out routinely. Hopefully the swim up bar in the front pool will be redone & open for our next stay. 2 adults with 2 teen kids all enjoyed our week stay and will definitely return."

"The house was fine. It would have been nice to have fans in the bedrooms, a hair dryer, area rugs (our feet always felt dirty), lamps on night stands for reading, and a hose to wash our feet. We didn’t love crossing the street because cars did not stop often to let us cross even though there was a crosswalk. We would have appreciated notice on trash removal. We could have put out the cans. I’m assuming he was home owner but older man just showed up to clean the grill. He didn’t even introduce himself. We would have enjoyed the porch more if there were a table or more furniture. The furniture there was kinda nasty."
