"This simple trailer home, converted to a stationary beach cottage, has an excellent location on the south end of the Sandbridge neighborhood of Virginia Beach. It is a short walk to a section of the beach servicing the local neighborhood, where dolphins are frequently seen a short distance from shore, and next to a good local restaurant and bar for relaxing after the beach. It is a good option for those looking to enjoy the Sandbridge beaches in a simple beach home without the expenses of the fancier rental homes and condos in the area."

"We had a great stay! The house was very clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The sunrise views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, and the private pool was a huge hit with both the kids and adults.We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach, and the ice cream truck coming by several times during our stay was a fun bonus for the kids.The house was a little warm at night, but the ceiling fans and available box fans in the rooms helped a lot.Communication with Cathy was excellent! Overall, a wonderful place for a family/friends beach vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this place! Perfect location. Elevator! Immaculate! Beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen. Keyless entry. 2 covered parking spaces!Host supplies everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, large wagon to transport stuff to beach. Just bring your favorite beach towels. Great option for families that need extra bedroom. Host was quick to answer any questions before and after booking. Very good cancellation policy. We were very happy with the entire complex. Would certainly reccommend to others."

"Excellent property with amazing views. My family had a wonderful time at this property and it had everything that we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our vacation.The house was spacious, with a great kitchen and gathering area for everyone. "This house looks exactly like it does in the pictures! We had been burned by this before, so were a little nervous about the house meeting our expectations given how great the photos were. But we were thrilled! The house is enormous. Every bedroom has an ensuite. Some are bigger than others, but every room has its own bathroom! The hot tub was awesome. Someone came by every other day to check on the hot tub. The beach is an incredibly close walk. I think the advert says 6 minute walk to the beach; I'd guess it's closer to 4! That being said, here are some things to know: there were no beach chairs that I could find. So you are going to want to bring them or rent them. There was no firewood for the fire pit, so just make sure you grab some on the way in. We were able to find some at Harris Teeter at 2105 Princess Anne Road. The area was quiet and family friendly. This was definitely the best house we have rented through VRBO. We will definitely be coming back!"
