"Convenient and clean "

"The check in agent did not follow through with late check in - luckily after several phone calls the manager met us there and checked us in. The manager was the only good thing about this stay. We used to stay at StayAPT all the time and it was clean and the front desk was always responsive and helpful. After we finally got checked in, the odor in the room was awful but it was after 10:00 - the windows to the bedroom were open, the stains on the furniture were gross and covered the couch and chair. We had to cover the couch with a sheet to just sit on it. The dishes in the dishwasher not clean (the dishwasher had not been run). There was no shower curtain on the shower. The bedroom floor had not been vacuumed - there were spoons and food on the floor. If any other rooms in this place are like this one was- I cannot imagine this place stays open much longer. "

"We checked in, but upon entering the room, the 1st thing I noticed was multiple burn holes in the bedspread, as well as stains on the spread and pillows. The curtains were broken, and only 1/2 of the window was covered. We were so discussed with the room that we left and found another hotel in the area to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to a homeless person, nor would I allow let an animal sleep there."

"Second stay at this hotel - halfway point on trip from Ohio to Florida and back. Clean and pet friendly with helpful staff. Good breakfast selection for grab and go or sit down. Fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Loved the juice made of veggies!"

"First of all I had to pay 20$ to get in one hour early. Never had to do that. The girl was rude. Also our room smelled like fish. We bought 2 bottles of febreese that did t even help. Is there any compensation for these issues?? Please let me know. Thanks Expedia. "
