Had to wait on room to be cleaned. 45 mins. Water leak with bathrooms on any room that ending with last w digits 17. Housekeeping cleans late afternoon. Housekeeping was extremely rude and became verbally aggressive. I report her to staff. Breakfast minimal it was the worst stay in that city I have ever experienced. Dirty stained carpet. Window curtains wouldnt close all the way. Light through, no black out. Loud in hallways

The beds & pillows ,towels still nice as was formally. Staff nice. Not great breakfast options. Like vinyl instead of carpet in rooms. Overall very sparse..seating in lobby..dining area and rooms uncomfortable. Staff allowed rowdy softball group too late

The only negative i experienced at this hotel was that 1) they gave room access to someone NOT on my reservation, and 2) the night cleark was extremely rude when confronted with it. A phone call would've confirmed if that person was allowed, but none was given. THEN she proceeded to tell me that Hilton and hotels.com have different rules which is a crock. Had that person been a stalker or ex-husband, the cops would have been involved.
