"Had to switch rooms one night since the AC conked off. Understand it happens and was moved to another room. There is some remodeling being done so general cleaning is taking a hit. But hot breakfast and clean rooms made up"

"It’s not going to be the fanciest place, but it’s decent and clean and has become my go to when I’m in Rock Hill. It’s not expensive, it’s clean, they have a breakfast included (waffles, eggs, yogurt, sausage), it’s close to everything (Winthrop Univ., all the restaurants, grocery store, Walmart), the staff is super friendly and it’s right off the highway for easy access. The air conditioner/heater always works, showers have hot water. I really have no complaints about this hotel. There is no elevator, but there’s only 2 floors. They do allow pets- that’s a positive for some and a negative for others. "

"I booked two queens and got a king with a pull out sofa with stained Upholstry. Also, I’m not a fan of the Starbucks coffee you have to buy in the morning. But this hotel was otherwise fine. "
