The room was gross. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat, and the sink also had hair in it. The tub was filling with water while we showered, the toilet didn't flush, and the fridge in the room was so rusty it was disgusting. I got a call saying my card was declined, and they thought I was going to give my card info over the phone, even though the card didn't fail. I had the confirmation in my email. Overall, the stay was just overnight, but I would not return based on the experience we had.

The inside needs refreshing and renewal. Replace carpets, mold in bathroom, shower drain, cover wall socket in bathroom, etc. Paper receipts at checkout would be good. Staff are nice people.

Room is old, but they spray the room and hallway areas with an extremely strong disinfectant spray, to hide the smells. The spray is so strong, you can taste it in your mouth when sleeping.

The room and hotel were very clean. The staff were helpful and kind. Everything looked good and I thought that it was a great stay for the price! I will stay again if I’m in that area.

Staff was wonderful, as was the room. Unfortunately, the bed was NOT. The sheets and bedspread were horribly rough. The pillows were SO BAD that I have a crick in my neck and my husband's back is out of wack.
