The room we were assigned had sheets that had hair . Not clear if the changed the sheets. When I tried contacting the front desk the phone didn’t work. I called the front desk using my cell and the attendant offered to bring me clean sheets so that I could change the bed. I said that the expectation was when we got to the room the sheets would be clean. She did give us another room and said it was an upgrade. Also, there was a sign that the disposable coffee cups may leak from the bottom. They should have disposed of theses cups. My cup did not leak, however, my husband’s leaked all over him. Will not stay there anymore.

Always a great stay. This is our second visit to this hotel. Check in is always easy, check out is just as easy. Breakfast is good and well stocked. It was a little noisy but it was a volleyball tournament basketball tournament weekend but not awful. Easy to find on the GPS. Close to the main road/ interstate without being noisy.

Staff was not supportive. The hot water in the shower was not working properly. I asked for a room cleaning and they did not have it done. Asked for clean towels and facecloth and they did not leave any in the room. Never again I would stay there.
