We replaced on the first floor the room that was literally next to where I guess breakfast is prepared daily so at 4 AM we were woke up both mornings by cabinet slamming items moving around literally could hear people talking while they prepared for breakfast not the stay, I was looking for at all not happy and nobody should ever have to stay in this room. Definitely let the next person that does stay know that they’re gonna be woke up at 4 AM by the staff.

Room was in bad shape. Stains on the carpet, flickering lights, mold and chipped paint in the bathroom, slow draining bathroom sink, old stained shower and the sheets had multiple hairs throughout. I had to go downstairs amd request new sheets from the front desk attendant and he seemed “put out” for my inconvenience, never apologizing about their lack of cleanliness. The ice machine was out of order on my floor and one of the two elevators was out of order. An embarrassment for IHG, I’m sure.

I was there 4 day on vacation and every morning i was woken up by staff in the pantry room preparing breakfast and the cleaning ppl in the storage room..why because the room i was put in was directly in between both the storage and pantry rooms..on Sunday before i left for the day i requested my room be cleaned only to returned at 11pm to find the room had not been serviced at all, i had to get clean towles from the night staff. The staff the next day made sure that my room was serviced and apologized
