My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Carowinds. The hotel is located in a nice area where we felt safe and it was quiet and easy access. The rooms were very clean, cold AC, very clean bathroom and really big. LOVE the shower!!!! Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful. This will be our “go to” when we visit that area.

This hotel is in need of some updates. There was mold on the baseboards in my room and in the lampshades by my bed. The furniture in the lobby is worn down. The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly but I won’t be staying here again.

My tv remote was broken and stuck on loudly the first night. I told the staff the first thing the next morning and was assured that it would be fixed. It was not fixed. Dirty towels were removed but no new towels were left. When I called down to the desk when I returned to the hotel last night. I was told tv could not be fixed and towels could not be delivered. Bathroom had no baseboard, I killed to bugs and there was mold on the celing of the shower.
