We were charged more than what Expedia said we would pay and they would not change it. We also asked for clean towels and the girl at the desk said she couldn’t leave to get them and would have them delivered. We never received any clean towels or wash cloths.

Due to a severe snowstorm the Charlotte airport was shut down. No flights allowed in for 2 days. I had kept in touch with the hotel to let them know my status as early in day flight was being rebooked. Once i knew Charlotte airport was on a groundstop I let the hotel know I would not make it. They stilled charged me for a one night stay.
