No hot water in shower. Zero. Plumbing access door was off, so they knew there was a problem. Hot water at washbowl but not the shower. Room heat control was either full on or off. Temperature contol not functional.

Stayed on an overnight while traveling for vacation. The room felt dirty and run down. The bathroom toilet needs repaired, it takes forever to fill after a flush. There was either cigarette burns or something else on the bed spread and bed blanket that left a poor first impression. The bed was at least comfortable, so it worked for a quick overnight, but would not recommend if you can find somewhere else.

There is a huge gap under the door therefore between the bottom matress and the top matress was a huge cockroach.

Ice machine broken and no effort from front desk to get some ice for us. We were told "Gee it was working fine LAST WEEK!!and the refrigerator in the room was not plugged in. Be a cold day in hell we would stay at another Wyndham Days Inn. We will let our friends and family know to never book at one of your really great customer service hotels. Kevin Preston
