"Very comfortable beds!"

"Clean rooms. Lobby was overly crowded from all the events that were going on. This hotel is too small for 4 events to be going at the same time staff was rude when me and family was try to take pictures with our personal phones in the lobby during our stay. Told us we wasn’t allowed to take any photos of ourselves on the premises but on the website it clearly states to utilize any area of the hotel. And also was told when I arrived that we could. Spoke with them about it and I was told that the security that was hired was frustrated from removing visitors early from the hotel, which is no excuse to be rude with your paying guest. I will never stay at the hotel again on top of it wasn’t no where near being a resort like Grandover in Greensboro. So please don’t waste your money."

"Paid for this room via Travelocity and was double charged by the hotel itself long long, long lines to get checked in with only one person working truly frustrating after traveling all day and you just want to get to your room and relax, but you gotta spend an hour and a half a line checking in"
