Communication with host was timely, easy check in, nicely appointed inside. AC worked well. All amenities needed were present. Plenty of space for our SUV and trailer although if looking to drop a trailer you better have chocks with you as parking is on an incline. Traffic noise for us was too much from inside and we didn't use the nice deck either as It was like sitting at a bus stop. The rental was advertised as nonsmoking however, there was a dirty ashtray out on deck table upon our arrival and It was apparent smokers come into home after smoking, sit on couch or chair thereby transfering smoke odors from their clothing to couch or chair as odor of smoke was present in couch fabric. As a never smoker this is simply gross, and a HUGE turn off. Noise of traffic and odor of smoke will prevent us from future rebooking, unfortunately.
