First night at 4am, instead of just opening the door to room 414 for a guest, the front desk clerk gave the same guest permission to smash in the door of room 414, right across the hall from me. The shaking of my room and smashing noises lasted from 4am until 5am. I have pictures and video of the damage. Police were called and came to hotel. No juice available for breakfast for entire stay. I was told to drink from water fountain in gym. Gross. Have picture of cockroach on room floor. Gross. Phone in room didn't work at all.

I asked for a quiet room. The heat for the room or building I'm not sure which would come on 5-6 times an hour VERY loudly and go off with a screetch, it was followed by a sound like someone scuba diving breathing. The toilet was stopped up and wouldn't flush. We had tra travelled all day and were too exhausted to change rooms.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The place had mold, it was dirty, and the overall attention from the host was terrible. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic, and despite reporting all these issues, I was never given the refund I was promised. I do not recommend staying here.

(Bad) - Bloody fingerprints on the shampoo bottle. - Stains on left side of bed (blanket) - Hair on the bathroom floor. - Be careful with your flight time ($40 early check in) - When I got there because of early check-in they ran upstairs to hurry up and mop the floor and when I dried it up with the towel it was black from whatever was on the floor. - They never replied to My Message on this app. (Good) - Airport Shuttle - Cozy Room - Convenient for Airport

The initial room we were given there were strands of hair throughout the bed. While the front desk was quick to rectify this with a new room, the sheets were pretty worn with some holes. Breakfast starting at 5a and ending at 9a was also pretty ridiculous. When it came to staff cleaning the room it seemed as if they only knocked without waiting to see if you needed your room serviced.

The property was fine for a short stay. The location felt safe and was convenient. We only experienced a few small issues, like housekeeping being loud early in the morning, some things not stocked in the room, and not a lot of items for breakfast. But overall it was fine for a quick stay.
