Overall a good stay and amenities. Great location and decent amenities. The parking fee was incorrect on hotels.com however. Plumbing was old school but kept up it seems. Had a decent view from my room and fairly quiet.

Stayed in a room near the hospitality closet and stairwell, there were large laundry bins surrounding our room doorway. The tv was an old tv with a few channels that didn’t work. Surfaces weren’t wiped. Bed and pillows were too soft, woke up a million times with low back and neck pain. Asked front desk for additional pillows. He said he would send some, they never came. Shower body wash bottle was empty. Checking in and checking out was a long wait at the front desk.

We were really disappointed in our stay. We didn't have any cleaning in our room the entire stay and we had to request towels in order to get clean ones. Our bathroom electricity went out and had to be fixed and the drawers. in the room wouldn't stay closed so we had to put a chair in front of them to keep them from coming open. I expected way nicer for almost $300/night

My wife and I have been at the Raleigh Sheraton before. Since then, there has been a major deterioration in services. We will not be returning. It was not possible to control room temp with the thermostat. No matter what setting I tried, it would not move from 67 (?), that is cold for us. Temp only rose when I turned the system off. Getting wifi was nearly impossible. I was able to phone the front desk only on the first day. They could not walk me through it, so I had to bring my laptop to the front desk. Then the phone no longer worked. The shower took 20 min to get comfortable temp. The room was not cleaned on Friday, day 1. Since there were no clean towels by Sat. next day at 11:30 PM, I had to get some from front desk. By the way, there was no welcome book listing hotel services or what was available nearby. The only positive grade I will give is to Jimmy's where food and service were excellent. Shame on you!
