We arrived at noon on Thanksgiving day. We could hear the construction echoing through through the lobby. We were told construction hours are 8:30am-5pm every day incl. weekends and holidays and that floors 11 and up were being worked on. We asked to see our assigned room, which was on 2nd floor. It was so loud that we didn't check in. We found another hotel. Staff were unapologetic. Expedia did not disclose the fact that the hotel was under construction till AFTER we booked. No refund. Waste of hundreds of dollars and time.

My mom and I were there for a funeral. The hotel was very clean and smelled clean. We were greeted by Ashley she was the best the two days we spent there. She checked on us to make sure that everything was going well. She gave us pointers of area restaurants to eat. On the last day of our trip, Ashley took us by airport shuttle, and she was pleasant got us to the airport with more than enough time. Overall, a great hotel experience and staff.

The room was ok at best. It served its purpose. I’ve stayed in a lot better in that area at that price. Breakfast was meh. Furniture and floor in the room was stained. Tub/bathroom was rusty. Needs updating badly.
