Staff were great. However the placement of the king size bed and furniture took up most of the bedroom space. It was difficult to store our luggage. Pillows were also very soft. The 5am shuttle service to the airport was great, once we got the correct info on its arrival (it was already waiting outside)

The lobby was festive for the holidays, which was an added touch to the property. The rooms were basic, but it served our purpose for one night; we were flying out of the country for vacation the following morning. The staff greeted us and were pleasant. The shuttle drivers to and from the hotel were friendly. We paid $5 per night for long-term parking…not bad at all. When we returned, we located our vehicle without incident. That said, we were grateful for our first stay at a Sonesta hotel.
