The rooms at this hotel are VERY well appointed for the price range. I stayed in a larger king room that was super spacious. It had a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, and silverware. There was a cozy sofa with cute ottomans, and a desk with a nice rolling office chair, and the TV pivoted so that you could watch it from the sofa or the bed. Whoever designed and decorated these rooms did a fantastic job. The thermostat was easy to find and adjust (which has been an issue at a lot of hotels I've stayed in!). Breakfast was robust, with heart attack options, and heart healthy options. LOL. Guys, they had fresh blackberries, which are at least $6.99 a pound right now. A couple of cons: There was a $10 per day parking fee which I had never encountered in a hotel outside of a city. To avoid that, you had to sign up to be a Hyatt member and go through a rather complicated QR code parking validation process. And the hotel is near enough to the airport that it's in the flight path, so you can hear planes coming and going. Fortunately, I brough ear plugs--highly recommend doing that. But overall, it was a great experience. Staff was super helpful and friendly (Dulove was especially charming and proud of this highly-ranked Hyatt property). I think this is the first time I stayed at a Hyatt property, and I would definitely choose a Hyatt again.

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. However when the room was serviced, dirty dishes were left, and the dirty linens were left in the hall. I had to ask twice (hours apart) to have them removed. I have pics of this issue being repeated down the hall. Staff were nice, engaging and professional, but what was going on with housekeeping?

I really like we could get hotel shuttle to Walmart and the room offers plates cups and a mini stove. It was not fancy but pretty convenient with airport shuttle too on the other hand points downs because we did not got our room clean during our stay
