Your front desk staff was rude , greedy and did not address my need of clean towels on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. We had three people staying in the room and requested more towels for 4 hours on Saturday. She took several plates of food back to front desk on both mornings causing the paying guests to not have any to enjoy. You need to train them better to treat your customers better before you lose them!!!!

The room was spotless and the staff was courteous; I even received a survey prior to check out regarding the service. I advised that trash by the elevator needed to be disposed of and it was removed quickly. But received an AI response, when I inquired about how often housekeeping was done. The daily breakfast was good, along with check in and check out. Thanks

Staff was friendly but you could tell they was short staff. No one swept around check in area for the 2 1/2 days we was there. No one vacuum the hallway or elevator carpet while we stay there. The first room given us was not clean from previous guest. The next room was great and the maid servicing the room was great. We will still book another trip there because it was strictly staff shortages.

Staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. There was a mix up on their part of my reservation. Apparently there was another Stephanie Cooper and I was giver her reservation and she was given mine. The night shift came upstairs screaming for us to get out. Was very rude and unapologetic. When they realized that it was their mix up they were very nonchalant and dismissive. The next morning I spoke with management and I guess they spoke to her about it so she made up a lie on my mother and had us thrown out into the snow. I’ve never expect anything like this before . I’m dealing with chemo and my mom is helping me she is 71 years old. This establishment should be closed down. Drug use and everything else goes on there but we were thrown ours. Tell me how is that balanced? Anyhow I found a different Hilton and hopefully this will be better
