This is NOT a Hotel. RUN! RUN!! RUN!!!

This is not a hotel but council flats accommodation where people lived permanently. It is illegal to be advertising this as hotel with lower rates and claim its not refundable, knowing fully well that lodgers will not stay on arrival. I booked for an hotel for 4 nights (23/10/2019 to 27/10/2019) in Paris for my family holiday via hotel.com. The hotel is advertised as Euro Hotel - Unfortunately, this is not a hotel but a converted block of flats where people lived permanently. The item is significantly different from what the seller described in the item listing. The apartment is not a hotel but block of flats/apartment where people live permanently. I see boys smoking weeds in the compounds and people walk in an out like markets, some hanging round the corridors like council housing flats. On arrival, I noticed the building was stinking, smelling with odour of weeds smoking, the room was also smelling wee and the toilet was stinking. The facilities has a shopping centre, church with different activities taking place, church, hair salon and people walking in and out, noisy. No security, people smoking here and there. My wife and kids were frightened and we couldn't stay there. I told the hotel reception we can't stay as it wasn't as described on hotels.com. His response was 'but you saw the picture on the internet before booking and he simply told me its not refundable'. We had to leave the hotel anyway and look for another hotel for our safety. Una mierdx de hotel, la habitación con suerte caía la cama, baños chicos, no se podía caminar por la habitacion, se choca con los muebles, para abrir la puerta del baño, había que correr las maletas. se escucha todo de los vecinos. El Barrio, malisimo, ediondo, desordenado.

I was expecting the condition of the place and the service the way I encountered it because of a two star rating but the location it’s awful and if you are a lady traveling alone NOT a good choice, it’s close to the metro which is good but surrounded by thief’s and street sellers that it’s makes it really scare and going out to eat after sunset NOT advisable; good thing it was only one night that I stayed in this hotel because otherwise I would have wasted my time in Paris, I was passing by and couldn’t find anything affordable in the city center or close by. Be aware the location is AWFUL.

Je suis très déçu et surpris d'avoir du payer au delà de la promesse faite par hotels.com des "frais" pour accéder au forfait petit déjeuner ... que j'ai du payer pour pouvoir avoir le prix promis par Hotels.com. Photos trompeuses, n'y a - t 'il pas un code de déontologie ? J'ai eu le sentiments d'être dans un hébergement social à la limite "vendeurs de sommeil" on m'a pris de haut et je n'ai pu que subir.

The room was a mess, holes in the door, toilet loose from the floor, smelled of smoke and fake air freshener. The tv was in a corner where only one bed could see it. The shower was barely operational. This was like a hostel, not a hotel. Please don’t bring kids. There was late night loitering in the courtyard, drinking and smoking in the area outside our room.
