Love the convenience and location of this hotel. walking distance to eiffel tower and great restaurants. train station was right in front of hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, common areas like hallways need updating but definitely not a deal breaker. i would stay again for sure.

this was a great hotel. only stayed one night but it was close to everything, the metro, Eiffel tower, shopping and food. you can also see the Eiffel tower from the room window that we stayed in. the room was spacious, also love how they offer unlimited coffee and refill water station.

The staff was excellent, very inviting. We had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it didn't disappoint. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower too. Multiple cafes across the street. So plenty of food choices, and if you really must there is a McDonald's and a Star bucks close by. Very close to Metro. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is very convenient in every way. Just a minute walk to the metro, close to the Eiffel Tower, and the room was spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent. I was especially impressed with the complimentary pastries (almost every day) and the daily beverages. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from just downstairs. I will definitely come back to Paris.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We needed a larger place with a kitchen and a friend stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not a positive experience at all. The elevator was broken the entire time. Working for 1x day out of our week long trip. They got concerns and complaints from families and other people staying at the hotel and didn’t address anyone’s concerns. The A/C in our room was broken. We asked the front desk multiple times if there was anything they could do and they said “it’s just the A/C that we have”. We totally understood that the A/C might not be strong but it was not working at all and 4 out of the 7 days were 95+ outside. We asked if they had a fan that could be put in our room and they replied “no”. That same evening, we came back from dinner and the person at the front desk had a fan blowing on them. These are small inconveniences, but this last one put us over the edge. We came back to our hotel after a baking class to drop off our items. When we walked into the room, there was a random man there. Mind you, we’re 20 year old girls and we’re terrified. When we asked who he was and what he was doing in our room, he responds with “I work at the hotel and was resetting your TV”. He quickly then left the room. We do believe he worked for the hotel. However, we were told no one would be entering our room (not even cleaning staff as the they only clean 1x a week). Very disappointed is an understatement.

Very convenient location with Metro, restaurants and shops nearby. There's parking underground and it's tricky getting in and out but a definite plus to have it there.

Worst stay ever!

Horrible stay! There’s zero AC, the staff was not helpful. When we attempted to get a refund and move hotels due to no AC, they blatantly refused. We had to purchase fan for some type of comfort while sleeping. When we returned from an outing we couldn’t find our fan and when I went to the lobby, they were using the very fan I PURCHASED! Because as mentioned, NO AC! This is as a horrible experience and would never ever recommend anyone to stay. P.S. They also only had two elevators, which one was down and would not be repaired for a month according to staff.

The location near by subway station was the best. There are many restaurants and stores near the hotel was also awesome. Only one elevator was able to work during staying in the hotel was uncomfortable a bit, but other than that was mostly great.
