My stay at Cadran Hotel began well. The day staff who checked us in were friendly, and one staff member even walked us to our room and was very kind to my daughter. Unfortunately, the experience with the hotel-arranged transportation to Disneyland completely overshadowed our stay and left us feeling unsafe.
The front desk told me the round-trip cost would be 120 euros, and the driver who picked us up confirmed that price before we got in the vehicle. But after the return trip, a different driver suddenly demanded additional payment, claiming the cost was higher. When I asked the front desk for help, the staff member working at the time was rude, dismissive, and insisted on a price structure that had never been mentioned before.
What concerned me most was discovering the service did not appear to be a licensed transportation provider. We received no confirmation, no documentation, and no receipt—nothing a legitimate service in Paris would normally provide. This put my family, including my child, in a potentially unsafe situation, which is unacceptable.
The situation—and the way it was handled—made us uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Some staff members would speak English when convenient, but suddenly claim not to understand when asked for assistance with anything related to the issue. The inconsistency and dismissiveness were unprofessional and disappointing.
