One of the best hotels in Paris that I recommended on your equal go there has been rewrite very early and then and we are in London so that travel was quite a long travel but I recommend the service everything. Amazing hotel fantastic the service amazing absolutely stunning.

We were sent to our room and the cleaner was in there. It was difficult to get permission to go the 40th floor, staff a little unattentive on reception. Female staff member in downstairs bar showed no personality or interest in being there. The shower in the room was also a bit odd.

Modern hotel, spacious room but comfort room with shower in room not my cup of tea. Access to pool problematic. Not many restaurants in area but hotel food is nice. Good transport links into centre Paris within 20mins Excellent breakfast.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this hotel. After accidentally leaving personal belongings in my room, I reached out multiple times by email seeking assistance in recovering my item. Unfortunately, they only responded once, but I never received any response after that one and only response from them and they only leave me on read. Personal belongings are important, and the complete failure to acknowledge a guest’s inquiry reflects a serious lack of responsibility and care. Even a brief reply would have demonstrated basic courtesy and professionalism, but none was provided. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values clear communication, accountability, and customer service. Accidents can happen, but how a hotel responds to them makes all the difference—and in this case, the situation was handled very poorly.
