Loved our stay, room was clean and had what we needed, even wine glasses and coffee glasses. Breakfast was excellent, and the garden courtyard was lovely and setup with fluffy blankets covering the chairs and Christmas lights, they even served hot cocoa and waffles (for purchase) one evening. A wonderful taste of Paris.

Nice room, BUT we had a mouse. Maintenace did nothing about it, didn't even set a trap that night nor communicate with us despite our complaint. We had to sleep with the lights on. The next day management moved us to an upgraded room but the damage was done.

Room and bathroom were clean. Glad to have a grab bar to help get in and out of bath tub. King size bed - very comfortable for 2 people. Nice looking hotel. Staff was curteous.

This was our second visit. You can't beat the location in Paris and the service. Breakfast was a plus, and good and filling enough that we often could skip lunch in favor of a great dinner out. If we are lucky enough to make another Paris trip, we will stay here for sure.
