Room had weird smell when we checked in - full blown sewer smell in the morning. Cleaner came and sprayed the drains and opened window. That helped but the next day smell was back. I let the front desk know, they said to let the cleaner know. Didn’t offer a room change.

The room smelt like sewer. The cleaner came in and sprayed the bathroom drains and opened the window, that helped. Next morning the sewer smell was back. I guess it was a drainage issue. But we weren’t offered a room switch. I let the front desk staff know and I was told to tell the cleaners.

Hotel is located in a safe and quiet area, metro 5 mins walking distance from hotel. Staff was polite and friendly. I travelled with my kids and had breakfast in the hotel. We enjoyed breakfast, it was fresh and tasty with different options to choose.

Super close to metro station. Great staff. Clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor courtyard area to relax. Really convenient location. Great croissant place short walk away for breakfast and nice restaurant at metro entrance/exit for lunch/dinner. Plus, Monoprix grocery store close for snacks.
