The room 565 had a noisy fan running that staff told me could not be turned off.... i called reception who stated that it was for air circulation, but it was very noisy and was situated juay above the head of our childrens bed

Ahmed at the front desk is super helpful. The hotel is easy access with airport train. The room is small but clean. I love water fountain that the hotel has near front desk. It comes with all kinds of water from still, sparkling to hot water. Compare with Ibis style I would stay here.

Staff too slow at check in, it took over an hour to check in and that’s in the priority line up. The room was horrible to say the least, The smallest bed I’ve ever seen and I’m a frequent flyer. I’m a small guy and literally fell off the bed - that’s how small it is! No tissue paper in the room. No closet or drawers to hang or store clothes. I would not return nor would I recommend this hotel. It’s close to the airport and that’s the only positive thing about it.

We wanted to get a room close to the airport to catch an early flight the next morning. Now, I understand that Ibis is a no-frills hotel, but there were only two pillows, no washcloths, and no coffeemaker in the room. While none of these things are dealbreakers, it was really annoying to discover after we checked in. Also, there are *ALWAYS* a long line of people checking in. Just be ready for that.
