CitizensM never disappoints this is my fifth time staying at one of their locations worldwide and it’s always spectacular. The location is the only thing that’s off if you’re not familiar with the area or like to walk it may be a little bit difficult to access There’s a train station on the other side and it’s easily accessible. Otherwise the area is pretty safe and very bike accessible

I loved the horel! You can walk to a boat cruise, train station. It’s super quiet, clean, friendly stuff, helpful. Delicious breakfast, great coffee. Very comfortable bed. I COULD SEE SEINE RIVER AND EIFFEL TOWER right from ny room! Going to be back.

To start, the management of CitizenM knows what they are doing and have exceeded my high standards in every way. Modern, high tech, convenient, beautiful, efficient, very friendly, comfortable like a home, intuitive to every need, logical and simple controls of some very nice features not found in most hotels. After staying at CitizenM, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else. From iPad mini control of every room feature, seamless control from you phone to auto light and shades, cool colors, to prompt delivery of delicious food to a special night cap of the best chocolate lava cake with French vanilla ice cream. You have to stay at CitizenM Bravo!

Very appealing decor. We had a nice stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. The lack of a coffee make or tea kettle was a surprise. This is now standard in all hotels. Also, having USB outlets will be very helpful.
