"This is the best run hotel/resort we've ever stayed in. They are always working to take care of the guests. Cleanliness is 10/10. Room condition 10/10. Bed is wonderful to sleep on! And access to Atlantis for free is a real perk."

"Overall our stay was good , staff was nice and friendly , drinks were good , food was good , did not have any issues getting reservations at the speciality restaurant, only cons were the rooms were not ready and we had to wait a few hours and were not informed when it was ready until we went and checked with the front desk several hours later , entertainment was bit lame, not much pool or beach activities , tv stopped working in all the rooms last 3 days of our stay , staff didn’t do anything to fix it, do not recommend booking the excursions at the resort , its is very overpriced"

"The resort is pretty big. We really loved all the different options the hotel has to offer. We didn’t have to leave the resort. We really enjoyed all the marine life, we were able to see a morning feeding and learned a lot! We loved the two beaches, the water park, dolphin cay, mini golf, all the different restaurants and the Casino! Lots of options to fit everyone’s needs."
