The facility is outdated, the entire hotel is kept so cold I had to have a jacket on all the time. The staff is not friendly they all look like they are not happy with their jobs. Service is poor no one offer to get you a drink, At the pool area after you get your own food and drink the staff walk up and down ignore the dirty plates and glasses. Entertainment is poor, the place is like a ghost town, no holiday theme. This was the worst RIU I stayed. I now realized not all RIU operates the same. I would never go back to RIU in Nassau Bahamas

I had an unforgettable 6 night stay for my 40th birthday. The Riu palace is right on the beach. The room was clean and every member of the staff that I met was very kind, helpful, and guided me on where to go when exploring the island. Thank you Tanya! I would definitely go back to the Riu the next time I go back to the Bahamas.

We had a great weekend at this resort. The staff is outstanding, very attentive, polite and friendly. They make sure that every guest’s comfort and enjoyment is top priority. The rooms are clean and well stocked, beds are comfortable. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes, quality of course is what one could expect in a buffet. The bars offer a good amount of drinks, and generous with the alcohol. The pools and the beach are the highlights and well equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. A few comments though to make this resort a perfect getaway— it was difficult to secure a reservation on the sit-down restaurants, it would be nice to be able to reserve well ahead of time even before checking in. And after dinner, there is not much choice for entertainment, just 1 stage and the shows/ games were not very entertaining. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but we will always compare the experience with a cruise.

The hallway was very clean and comfortable air conditioned!!! The staff had great customer service. Great location, cab drivers were close by, to take you wherever you need to go. The pool was amazing, the beach was beautiful, I was able to walk in the sand along the beach. The suite was very clean and comfortable, thanks for the sitting area, we even had a bar and the fridge was full of water and Beverages!!! Thank for making our vacation enjoyable!!! RIU keep up the good work ❤️😍🥰

We had a great time at Riu in our honeymoon. Great food! Beautiful beach and amazing drinks. 24 hour bar, the buffet is amazing and also has 4 restaurants. Nice fitness facility too. Will definitely come back!

The staff is the only reason I will give a 3 stars! Because they was helpful and kind! The food disgusting and same food everyday! Very limited restaurant on property and it was a hassle to make reservations we was a group of 8 everytime difficult and no reservation available but when we got to the restaurant it was empty smh. The entertainment boring !!!! No energy! No hotel dirty run down while we on the pool area the balcony started collapsing!! In my room two roaches yuck !!!! Expensive and very cheap everyting don’t recommend at all !!!!!
