"Room was clean and spacious. Everything is overpriced and 15% gratuity is automatically added to every single purchase throughout the entire resort. The staff lack customer service due to this automatic gratuity and will not work any harder than they should. Therefore, DO NOT TIP ANY ADDITIONAL GRATUITY! It is not deserved or appreciated. You have to constantly ask for a refill of water or wait on staff for the check. It’s insane that they don’t even bother to care for you. Aside from that, the resort itself is very beautiful but the staff definitely take away from the experience and need better customer service training. "

"There was a mix-up and our room was not available at check in. We were given a less of a room with a view overlooking the roof and parking lot. In exchange for the rest of our 6 day stay in there best accommodation a large suite with a large balcony over looking a 180 degree view of the ocean"

"Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool and restaurant and great. Unfortunately there was construction and maintenance taking place at the property with no advance warning which made it so we could not be in our room after 9:00 am until 4 due to the noise and pounding- it was brutal-this was the case for 2 days which is a lot on a 5 night stay.
