This is a brand new home - just finished in May!

We can accommodate 10 people comfortabl.

The home has been fully furnished with all brand new amenities and furniture throughout including a washer/ dryer, new fridge with crushed ice and water facilities, dish washer, coffee maker, fully stocked silverware and dishware (optional paper plates/ cups etc) and a large flat screened TV.

The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with a large corner tub for you to enjoy and separate standing shower. There are also 2 other bathrooms within the home with tub/ showers in each.

The property is fully secure with an electric gate (code available prior to arrival) Please note that the drive way curves around the property so the back is facing the road side and the front door in towards the back fence.

Only 30 miles down Bell Vista Rd to Death Valley. Local attractions include the winery and race track.

Very enjoyable, the house is very comfortable, ample space also plenty of parking and the most likely that each room is private with their own exit door. Kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space. If i have to come back to pahrump I will choose this beautiful spacious home. I will recommended to my family and friends. David the host was very helpful and responded to my messages quick and gave me the exact instrucciones for our arrival . Over all we love the the house and recomed to stay there.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family loves this place. It’s a mobile home but really spacious. Owner David a his two dogs (a Husky and a Rottweiler) live right outside on the property, but they are all super nice and even our kids played with his dogs! We will be back for sure if available when we decide to come back!

Affordable access to Death Valley

Cleanliness wasn't great - it wasn't terrible or anything, but it didn't look like a cleaning staff had come through (hair in showers, microwave was dirty). The appliances are from 2018-2022 (based on the model numbers) and some are showing their age a bit.I'm kind of surprised no one mentioned the roosters next door to the property on two sides. No alarm clocks needed. The sound is much reduced in the master bedroom, but everyone else is getting up with the sun. David is very friendly and communication is great. His dogs are friendly and kept separate behind a fence to avoid any accidental over exuberance on their part. No complaints on that front at all.The neighborhood isn't much to talk about, but that's not why we choose the location. It's about an hour to an hour and a half from Death Valley, depending on where you want to go and Pahrump has way more amenities than Beatty. Grocery stores and restaurants are 10 minutes away and well stocked.

Very convenient location for my visit

Huge house, lots of beds, very tidy and driveway and parking very secure. I enjoyed my stay. This is a great gateway location for visiting Death Valley, especially if you have a large group. Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

Property is clean and spacious. It is peaceful and quiet, as long as you have no issues with the early morning rooster. The location has you at right about an hour away from Las Vegas, Red Rocks, and Death Valley. This makes for a good base camp location to visit those areas. And gas is also cheaper in Pahrump than in Death Valley or Vegas.
