Arrived at hotel room with wet sheets and comforter. No towels at all. When we called for towels they said it would be awhile. Never received room service. 2 hours before heading to airport towels were hanging on our door handle outside the room. Our first time staying at Mandalay Bay and our last.

Would not recommend this hotel. First of all it’s a nice hotel and the room was clean. But they charge you for use of a fridge in your room. Plus they charge you to make coffee in your room. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never stayed at a hotel where they charge for coffee that you make yourself. They need to make that more clear. Plus they want $40 a day to have a fridge in the room you can use. They have one in there already but will charge you if you use it or take out anything in the fridge. I have stayed at many top hotels and this was the first one I had stayed at that did this. Do not stay here. Went to the Luxor and the room was way cheaper and the room was huge and yet you get coffee and fridge for free.
